Information about the Store (updated 3.1.24): 

Shipping and Returns: All items will be shipped to Oneida Health within 4-6 weeks after the store closes and will be available for pick up in the Station Break Café. Leftover items will be mailed internally to your office or department. Due to the customization, all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Backorders: Due to an occasional shortage of promotional items, especially select sizes, there is a chance that an item may become out of stock while the store is open. If you purchase an item that is not available once the store closes, you will receive a full refund. We have taken a number of steps to reduce the probability of this occurring.

Sizing: Sizing charts for each item are available within the online store on the item’s page. We will also have various sizes of almost every item available in the Station Break Café.
